Hayley Reda

Hayley is a Senior Project Associate with BluePoint Planning and works on a range of projects including equitable community outreach, strategic planning, parks and recreation master plans, and adaptation and climate plans. Hayley has enjoyed using her experience working with local government in her role as Senior Project Associate. Previously, Hayley has worked in the Michigan Legislature, as an AmeriCorps CivicSpark fellow at the Alameda County Water District, and for a political consulting firm that worked on public funding measures. She is passionate about using the power of local and regional governments to advance climate resilience and equity. In her free time, she enjoys exploring California's many parks, training for various endurance races, and making jewelry.
