BluePoint, working with Rincon Consultants, led the community outreach and engagement for the City of Santa Cruz Climate Action Plan to understand the community's vision and needs, shape the strategies and priorities and ensure that the final plan was centered in equity. In addition to conducting online and in-person community engagement, BluePoint developed an Equity Screening Tool and scoring methodology to help Santa Cruz evaluate and correct for the equity implications of each action in the Climate Action Plan.
