BluePoint worked with the County of Santa Clara to develop a county Climate Roadmap to promote a healthy environment, a vibrant community, and social equity. While many of the County's cities have already adopted CAPs, the County Climate Roadmap leverages and facilitates regional partnerships to further encourage sustainable and resilient communities. BluePoint Planning as a subconsultant to Rincon Consulting and provided engagement and outreach strategy and support and assisted in the development of an online stakeholder network map for the County.

BluePoint worked to identify and bring community stakeholders to the table, with a particular attention to frontline communities. BluePoint developed Community Outreach Toolkits to enable the County Staff to expand engagement and helped to manage and facilitate the Climate Collaboration Advisory Group. BluePoint also supported an online project portal, lead a series of listening sessions and workshops with key stakeholder groups, and developed communication tools.
