BluePoint led a team of consultants to develop, manage, and convene the County's new Climate Collaborative, a regional group of public agencies and community leaders focused on supporting and enhancing the County's climate resilience. The Collaborative is a long-term entity that will be used to shape the County’s Climate Roadmap 2030 and the Santa Clara County Resilience Strategy. The BluePoint Team developed a nature-based Regional Resilience Strategy and online tool for the strategy for the region to use as guidance for future projects.

NFWF approved a second phase of the project that will start in mid-2023 to expand the Nature-Based tool to a watershed scale.
