BluePoint in partnership with Gates & Associates developed a comprehensive Master Plan for this unincorporated community in northern Sacramento County. The Plan focuses on how to provide equitable services to new and existing parts of the District while increasing the quality and breadth of programming and facilities that will serve all of the community members from youth to seniors. The project includes extensive engagement and outreach to the community in person and online.
