BluePoint Planning is working with the City of Missoula’s Parks and Recreation Department to develop a Parks, Recreation, Open Space, and Trails Master Plan (PROST Plan). The PROST Plan will be a blueprint for the next 10-15 years of parks, trails, open space, and recreation services to residents. BluePoint is designing the PROST Plan with the City’s 3 lenses of climate, equity, and housing woven throughout. BluePoint has designed a comprehensive public engagement approach, including co-managing a community working group with the City and the University of Montana staff.

Currently, BluePoint is in the process of identifying major gaps and needs within the system, and beginning to develop solutions with community and stakeholder input.
