BluePoint led the development of a parks needs assessment and operational analysis for Mendocino County Parks. BluePoint with partner Gates & Associates completed a comprehensive park and facilities inventory, including creating detailed GIS mapping of all assets, trails, and facilities for public maps for the parks, and an analysis of critical risks, capital improvement costs and operational deficiencies. Working with an Ad Hoc Committee, we conducted an Operations, Revenue and Management analysis of the parks to inform future management models, budgets, and staffing for the parks.This work included community engagement and a planning website.
