BluePoint has worked with the Western Riverside Council of Governments, San Bernardino Council of Governments, and Cochella Valley Council of Governments since 2018 to help establish them as the fourth Regional Energy Network in the State. This has included leading the new I-REN organization in a strategic effort to engage the CPUC, stakeholders, and their own constituences to develop a Business Plan to become a program adminstrator, and offer a range of energy efficiency program in the region. In partnership with Frontier Energy, BluePoint was a co-author of the plan and is now continuing work to support their new $65 million REN implement the plan.
