Following the success of the Residential Action Plan, BluePoint worked with the California Public Utilities Commission to develop the Zero Net Energy Action Plan for commercial buildings. The goal of the Action Plan is to drive all new commercial construction and major renovation projects to achieve Zero Net Energy performance.
