BluePoint assisted BayREN in coordinating and organizing the process of redesigning their Single-Family Equity Program. Through a deliberate process, BluePoint organized and facilitated 6 workshops among County and BayREN leads to identify the program objective, key audiences, gaps in other programs in the region, and potential program pain points for the new program. This program is designed to achieve the goals of health, safety, comfort, and savings through energy upgrades for the specified program audiences. BluePoint helped create a draft program concept than supported the outreach by creating easily understandable materials to vet the program. The Single-Family is expected to launch in late 2024.
