BluePoint has worked with 3C-REN, consisting of the three central coast communities of Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo and Ventura Counties, since 2016 providing a range of services to help form and support the new organization. BluePoint assisted the team to develop a strategic framework and business plan to become a program administrator and and receive funding from the California Public Utilities Commission. Following approval of the new REN, BluePoint provided communications strategies to build their brand, and engagement with the professional and residential communities. In addition, BluePoint supports their Codes program with the development and facilitation of quarterly Forums.
